	<description>The Center for Invasive Plant Management partnered with the Federal Interagency Committee for the Management of Noxious and Exotic Weeds (FICMNEW) to coordinate the 5th biennial Weeds Across Borders (WAB) conference. The meeting, which took place at the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, featured 45 speakers from Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
