CISM is recognized as a regional and national leader in invasive plant program coordination. Currently, CISM coordinates the Missouri River Watershed Coalition, a six-state initiative focusing on invasive species management in the Missouri River Basin (Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming).
